Kevin Kishore Kaul is an awardee from the Governor of California, Mr. Gray Davis, Assembly and Senate of California, City and County of Los Angeles, Congressmen and Congresswomen, and many other State and Federal Elected member’s. He is Founder of USA-Tech Development and Investments (USA) Inc, he is also the founder and Chairman of the Friends of the South Asian American Communities Inc (FOSAAC), Founder and Chairman of the US Asia Business Forum LLC (USABF), Urbantec Development and Investments (USA) Inc, Fosaac.tv LLC ( the largest serving web TV in the US for the community) , American Medical Services LLC, Fosaac Media and Entertainment LLC and many other ventures.

Mr. Kaul also serves as the Chairman of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lee Baca’s Indo-American Advisory Council. He is also the Founder and Director of South Asians for Governmental Accountability (SAAGA), a non-profit organization and USABF.

Mr. Kaul was successful in conducting South Asia’s and USA’s bilateral Investment Seminar and Trade Expo 2006 in Los Angeles under the joint banner with FICCI, US Department of Commerce and Mayor of Los Angeles’s office. In 2007 and in 2008 he was successful in taking the largest trade delegates to India from the US for bilateral trade.

Mr. Kaul was a Indian Navy Officer in India w.e.f. 1982 till 1989 and thereafter a Project Manager with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in Mumbai as a Project Manager before he came to USA in 1991.He holds a Bachelor in Technology in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India.

A Chemical Engg. by profession is the Founder Chairman of Prachin Group.Prachin Group, a conglomerate, has business interest in the fields of Real Estate, Construction, Foods, Research & Development, Hospitality, Health Care & Logistics. Recently Mr. Dake was nominated as the Vice-Chairman on the board of Fish Processing Development Council of India by the Ministry Of Food Processing, Govt. Of India.

Shri. Dake’s philanthropic leaning has propelled him to float an NGO known as Tree Samaritans for Planting & Nurturing Trees. The Tree Samaritans since its inception about a year ago has planted & is nurturing near about 25000 trees

Dr. Singh has beenone of Canada’s major contractors for the past thirty years. He has a well-earned reputation for developing public facilities throughout Toronto. As Project Manager for Meridian Building Group, Construction Manager for Rampart Enterprises Ltd., and Vice-President of the Erskine Building Corporation, Dr. Singh developed many of the impressive construction projects in Canada in the 1970s and early 1980s. This was after he was given a special award (“Railway Builder Par Excellence”) by the Railway Minister of India in 1969.

As Founder, Principal and President of Arosan Enterprises Ltd, from 1984 to 1996, Dr. Singh is recognized for establishing new standards of construction excellence for the Canadian Department of National Defense, Roman Catholic and Public School Boards, and the City of Toronto in Private and Public Housing Projects. In the 1990s, Dr. Singh obtained the Certificate in Alternative Disputes Resolution from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law after completing the Executive Program at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. He then acquired a M.B.A. which was followed by a Ph.D. in Construction Management from Harrington University, England.

Dr. Singh has already built several of Toronto’s most spectacular Harbor-front developments to date. His National Defense Projects dot the countryside. Schools and hospitals built by him are found all over Canada. As Vice-president, chief Estimator and Construction Manager, he was involved in the development of the whole downtown core of the City of North York, a US $300 million project.

Santokh Singh & Associates have been providing construction management and consulting services since 1983. Santokh Singh & Associates Ltd hold 80% of the shares in “Xi’an Silk Road Scenery Garden,” the equity joint venture with the Municipal Government of the City of Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China for a US$2 Billion real estate development project.
