Rajesh Dake

Mr.Rajesh Dake , a Chemical Engineer by Profession is a first generation entrepreneur he is the founder Chairman of Prachin Group.

Prachin Group is a conglomerate having business interests in the field of Real Estate , Foods , Energy , Wellness , Logistics & Hospitality industry. Mr.Dake’s acute business sense & Value Systems has enabled the group to carve a niche position in the elite international business arena .

Mr.Dake’s impeccable track record of 15 years has made him a known figure in the field of Infra Projects Development in India. Adding to this his remarkable nature of thinking ahead of times & sensing business opportunities has given all his projects a leading edge & reduced the gestation period of these projects to the minimal levels.

Mr.Dake’s unique sense of timing his investments has brought immense success to the groups Venture Funding vertical, as the group has strategically invested in upcoming companies , the revenue sharing formula from these companies will add in a big way to the bottom line of the Groups Balance sheet.

In recognition to his exemplary contribution to the Processed Food Industry , the Food Processing Ministry of the G.O.I. has entrusted him with the responsibility of the prestigious Fish Processing Development Council & also the Food Processing Task Force of Goa in the capacity of Vice-Chairman.

Being a corporate citizen with conscience & an attitude of thinking beyond profits has propelled the group to venture into the social sector thro its NGOs namely Tree Samaritans Foundation & Shri.Ramchandra Dake Foundation.

Kevin (Kishore) Kaul

Kishore (Kevin) Kaul is an awardee from the Governor of California, Assembly and Senate of California, City and County of Los Angeles, Congressmen and Congresswomen, and many other State and Federal Elected member’s. He is also the founder and Chairman of the Friends of the South Asian American Communities Inc (FOSAAC), Founder and Chairman of the US Asia Business Forum (USABF), Urbantec Development and Investments (USA) Inc, Fosaac.tv LLC ( the largest serving web TV in the US for the community) , American Medical Services LLC, Fosaac Media and Entertainment and many other ventures. He was instrumental in obtaining in 1999 the largest real estate NRI project between US and India.

Mr. Kaul also serves as the Chairman of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lee Baca’s Indo-American Advisory Council.

Mr. Kaul was successful in conducting Asia’s and USA’s bilateral Investment Seminar and Trade Expo 2006 onwards annually in Los Angeles under the joint banner with FICCI, US Department of Commerce and Mayor of Los Angeles’s office. In 2007 and in 2008 he was successful in taking the largest trade delegates to India from the US for bilateral trade.The next Investment Seminar, Business Expo and Global Venture Funding will be held again in Los Angeles wef September 17-19 ,2010.

Mr. Kaul was a Lieutenant in the Indian Navy Officer in India w.e.f. 1982 till 1989 and thereafter a Assistant Manager with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in Navi Mumbai before he came to USA in 1991.He holds a Bachelor in Technology in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India.
